Hi, I am Anastasia Narvaez ✨
I am a two time certified Christian Life Coach currently pursuing my third certification, specializing in trauma recovery and identity development. I am also a bona fide apostolic prophet with a deep passion for helping people heal, grow, and step into the life they were created to live.
I am a 37 year old woman born in Queens, New York, and for the past several years I have been coaching and mentoring individuals through one on one mentorship, coaching programs, and transformational spaces designed for healing and growth. My focus is helping people work through trauma, rebuild their identity, strengthen their confidence, and develop practical tools to move forward with clarity and purpose.
Raised by my grandmother in a home with six children, life did not always provide the support or guidance I needed. Yet even then, I always felt a deep desire to help others and knew there was more to life than what I had experienced. When I began my journey with God, He placed mentors in my life who challenged me, helped me confront limiting beliefs, and guided me toward healing and growth. That experience showed me the power of mentorship and intentional coaching.
Today my mission is to create a safe and empowering space where people can heal, discover who they truly are, and break the cycles that have held them back. Through my coaching and mentorship programs, I help individuals rebuild self esteem, gain direction, and flourish in the life they were created to live. 🌿
